Our Basketball Training is all about improving the skills and fundamentals of our players in a more personalized setting that can be adjusted according to the level of the players involved. The workout sessions focus on skill development through drills and games.

We offer basketball training options for youth and elite level players and teams. See below for more details!

Little Hoopers™

Lil Hooper’s is our basketball development program. This is our entry level program and is the first step on our development pathway. It’s fun, exciting and learning focused! This is aimed at players aged from four to nine years old who are looking to learn the basics from the beginning. Kids will learn the essentials of basketball and gain the confidence they need to soon progress to our In House Development League.


Boys & Girls ages 5-8



Sunday Night Training

This program is for the player who wants to work on specific skills and get the most out of their season! IBA is offering intense training for our SERIOUS basketball players.  We are looking for the hungry players who are eager to get better to train with us on Sunday evenings!


This is NOT a camp atmosphere!  This is INTENSE training with the BEST coaches around!  Our NCAA Certified Staff will lead training every Sunday.

The training session is great for players who want to continue to refine their skills.  This training gives each player a chance work on areas of their game that may need improvement.

Our qualified and NCAA certified coaches will lead camp instruction.


Boys and Girls Ages 12-18

Pre-Season Boot Camp

This program is for players who have a base knowledge of the game or who have attended at least TWO of our Lil Hooper’s Classes. Our intermediate level class will help build player’s overall knowledge of the game and work with players or varying ages and abilities.

Our shooting portion of the class will break down each player’s shot to provide him or her with proper mechanics to improve their overall ability to shoot the basketball.  Shooting off the catch, off the dribble and under pressure will be stressed.

One and two-ball ball handling drills will be worked on throughout class. We will help players gain the confidence to handle the basketball during games and thus helping create an overall more effective player.


Boys & Girls Ages 8-14


3th-8th Grade: 7:000pm – 8:00pm

9th-12th Grade: 8:00pm – 9:00pm
